Cancellation Policy
Mr. 312 services you select are reserved especially for you. In fairness to our guests and staff, please call a minimum of 24 hours for cancellations. Credit card holds are required for our services. 50 percent of the value of the services will be charged for any subsequent missed appointments.
Please be at least 10 minutes early to your appointment. If your are late, your services may be abbreviated or canceled so as to not inconvenience other 312 patrons.
You will be charged full price for services if you are late. Thank you for understanding and we appreciate your cooperation. |
